My journey with this mighty organization JK Files India Ltd started on 9th May 2011 as a Trainee Marketing Officer , just after I completed my MBA (Marketing). The growth path over the last 5 Months has been full of challenges and learning. The exposure that I have gained here has been immense! Handling huge and multiple deliveries everything I have done here till date has helped me mature as a professional as well as an in individual. The pleasant atmosphere at JK Files India Ltd gave me the space to grow and experiment. My negotiation, communication and leadership skills have been growing over the period.

This organization has given me amazing work, projects, responsibility & exposure.
Right from the way my selection process was done to the 2 day induction program by so many people from the different departments of the organization & then finally the induction process at Chiplun plant speaks volumes about this organizations effort to groom every new trainee that they appoint...
I have been assigned to the Power Tools department, a new biz initiative of 'JK' & there I have been entrusted with multiple product development projects under able guidance of my HOD & Power Tools Team... Working in a team, with so much exposure, guidance & help from them reflects the organizations transparent & open work culture...
